Your role

As a District Sales Manager France, you are responsible for coordinating and animating a network of several stores. You ensure the optimization of daily operations for each point of sale, guarantee the achievement of commercial objectives, and ensure compliance with the brand's procedures and standards.

Your missions

• Deploy the company's commercial strategy and ensure its proper application in the various points of sale.
• Manage store performance, analyze results, and implement necessary improvement actions.
• Support Shop Managers and their teams in optimizing daily operations and achieving commercial objectives.
• Communicate commercial priorities, monitor Leonidas standards, and coach field teams during regular store visits.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, particularly regarding hygiene, food safety, and service quality.
• Monitor orders, inventory, schedules, and the operational organization of the stores.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to build high-performing and engaged teams.
• In collaboration with the Network DSMs, provide on-site support and operational training for independent retailers to ensure the application of Leonidas standards.

• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.
