INS (Industrial Products and Services) with 6 Sub-Categories present in 6 hubs ensures proximity to the plant and captures full benefit of our size. This Procurement organization is centrally led and managed per categories to develop expertise, consolidate the needs and follow-up the execution of contracts.

General Industrial Services Sub-Category is in charge of activities like Internal Transport and Handling, Packaging and warehousing, Industrial Cleaning, Scaffolding as well as Support and Facility Management services.

We are looking for an Apprentice to join our General Industrial Services team based in Dunkirk for a 12-month apprenticeship contract.

Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement team with sourcing and purchasing activities for General Industrial Services across the Cluster.
• Assist in gathering and analysing spend data to help identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and site logistics teams to support business continuity and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Support the implementation of improvement and cost optimisation initiatives alongside Lead Users and Buyers.
• Assist with supplier and market research, including price benchmarking and supplier information gathering.
• Take part in cross-functional and cross-cluster projects to support collaboration and the sharing of best practices.
• Manage global projects aimed at helping users better control their costs (including defining catalog pricing for small rentals and establishing a selected panel of approved suppliers).
• Responsible for negotiating and formalizing hourly rates with service providers through pricing agreements, in order to streamline the launch of work—particularly for services related to civil engineering and building works.

Profile Required:

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and standard Microsoft Office tools.
• Interest in procurement and supplier management.
• Technical mindset, with curiosity and a genuine interest in these categories of procurement.
• Strong commercial skills in order to negotiate effectively with suppliers; and solid administrative capabilities to formalize and manage these agreements contractually.
• Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
