ENTER THE GAME

To support Betclic’s growth, we are looking for a new analyst, to join our Operational Excellence team in the Safer Gaming department.

Since its creation, the Safer Gaming department has aimed to provide a protective framework for players to safeguard minors and players who may have a problem with gambling.

The Operational Excellence team’s mission is to bring customer protection to the next level, by identifying and working on ways to improve the way we work; either through continuous improvement and small iterations, or through radical, innovative changes!

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As a Safer Gaming Quality Analyst, your missions are the following:

Quality analysis:

• Perform quality assessments of our daily operations
• Liaise with the operations teams to correct issues spotted during quality checks
• Report quality assessment outputs, illustrating key performance metrics, to management
  
  

Knowledge:

• Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows
• Benchmark best market practice in terms of customer protection
• Back up the Safer gaming training team with targeted coaching and training
  
  

Quality system definition:

• Contribute to operational performance improvement through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our quality system
  
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for colleague with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a love for sport, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession!

This job is for you if you have:

• At least one proven successful work experience on a relevant position
• Strong analytical skills that you leverage to inform decision-making
• An obsession for quality and detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
• Full fluency in English and French
  
  

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is selected, Benoit will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
• You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
• You will have an interview with Alexandre, your potential future colleague in Operational Excellence’s team
• You will the have an interview with Antoine, the Head of Safer Gaming Operations
• Benoit will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.
  
  

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks
