Main Responsibilities
- Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submitting the payroll figures on monthly basis.
- Ensure the payrolls comply with the French legislation and statutory requirements.
- Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll.
- Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.
- Validation of the payroll outputs
- Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance.
- Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
- Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to CP platform
- Collaborate with Implementation team to ensure that the hangover of new payrolls is transferred to In-House team successfully.
- Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of experience in payroll processing ; Experience with complex payroll scenarios such as BIK, stock options/RSUs, non-residents, and court orders
- Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
- Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail.
