Alpine Business Consulting is adding a Junior Prompt Engineer to help support a major French partner as we integrate smarter automation into their financial reporting workflows. In this entry level position, you will work on refining the way users interact with complex data models by building and testing clear, logic based prompts. This role is fully remote and focuses on making enterprise data more accessible without sacrificing the precision that finance teams require.

What You Will Do

• Draft and test prompts to help users query financial databases using natural language.
• Review AI generated summaries of financial reports to ensure they match the underlying numbers in the EPM system.
• Help build a library of standardized prompts for common finance tasks, such as variance analysis and period end commentary.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand the specific accounting logic required for our French partner's project.
• Document prompt iterations and performance to help improve the reliability of automated reporting tools.
• Test how different language models handle specific financial terminology and multi currency reporting requirements.
• Assist in the creation of training materials that teach client administrators how to maintain these systems once we finish the project.
• Monitor prompt outputs for consistency to ensure that logic remains stable across different reporting cycles.
