The Production Planning & Raw Material Supply Planning team based in Avignon plays a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations and high customer service levels.

To support its daily activities and continuous improvement projects, the team is offering an apprenticeship position that provides hands-on exposure to operational planning and process improvement in a Natural Ingredient business.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and improve planning processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency across areas such as inventory management, production planning, and distribution.
• Carry out operational planning tasks to understand team workflows, support key objectives, and ensure effective execution.
• Develop strong expertise in supply systems (e.g., MRP, demand and capacity management, replenishment processes).
• Gain knowledge of regulatory and technical requirements for produced items (e.g., Halal, Kosher, dietary and food safety standards).
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Supply Planning, Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Materials, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Comply with Givaudan safety and procedural standards, identifying and implementing improvements where needed.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge in planning (demand, supply or production)
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to achieve results through formal and informal channels
• Language Skills: English mandatory
