Intégrez Notre Site Remis à Neuf à Nancy. Dans Le Cadre De Son Développement, YZICO Recherche Un(e) Collaborateur(trice) Pour Accompagner Sa Transformation Digitale Et Renforcer La Performance De Ses Équipes. Vos Missions

• Piloter la digitalisation des dossiers clients : vous déployez, paramétrez et optimisez les logiciels (pré-comptabilité, facturation, interfaces…) afin d’automatiser les flux et simplifier le quotidien des équipes et des clients.
• Accompagner et former les utilisateurs : vous formez et accompagnez collaborateurs et clients dans la prise en main des solutions, avec un suivi personnalisé des nouveaux dossiers.
• Analyser et conseiller nos clients : vous identifiez leurs besoins, recommandez les solutions adaptées et assurez un service après-vente réactif pour garantir leur satisfaction.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue : force de proposition, vous participez à l’optimisation des process internes, collaborez avec les équipes SI et intervenez ponctuellement sur nos différents sites.

Chez Yzico, nous veillons à proposer une rémunération cohérente avec les compétences et l'expérience de chacun. Pour ce poste, la rémunération se situe entre 28k€ et 35k€ brut annuel.
