Litigation Associate R650 000 per annum OTE

A Linklawyer member practice situated in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg is looking for a litigation practitioner with sound commercial acumen.

Join either as a fee share associate, with the option of an advance to assist with cash flow or via our associate program or even start your own firm and handle the litigation on a 1/3 allowance contract basis.

Minimum Requirements Include

• 3 years PQE+ with right of appearance in the high court;
• A passion for and demonstrated history (supported by references) of successful appearance in High Court and Magistrates court trials or opposed High Court applications, at the very least;
• An established or potential client base, will be an advantage.
