Context

As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager — Savings & Overdrafts who brings a strategic product mindset to a domain defined by regulatory precision, client-specific requirements, and platform scalability ambitions.

You will work exclusively with banking institutions, navigating meaningful regulatory constraints while driving time-to-value. You will own a product scope, shape its roadmap, and make decisions that have real impact on client outcomes and platform quality. Your ability to combine banking domain knowledge with structured product thinking — and to operate as a strategic counterpart to both clients and engineering — is what sets this role apart.

Your future missions

1. Own the Savings & Overdrafts product roadmap

• Define and drive the roadmap for savings products (savings accounts, term deposits, interest-bearing products) and overdraft management, balancing client delivery commitments with long-term platform ambitions

• Maintain a clear view of the applicable regulatory framework and ensure product decisions remain compliant without compromising on pragmatism and speed

• Participate in product decisions, bringing a strong product perspective on what belongs in the core platform and what is client-specific configuration

• Anticipate market and regulatory evolutions and translate them into actionable product decisions

2. Deliver fast and reliably for banking clients

• Own the full product lifecycle of savings and overdraft features — from functional framing with banking clients to production rollout with a relentless focus on quality and speed

• Operate confidently in client-facing contexts, translating banking constraints into precise product decisions and communicating with clarity and credibility

• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to translate complex banking requirements into clear, actionable specifications

• Drive time-to-value: identify the shortest path to a working, compliant, production-grade feature, without creating unnecessary technical debt

3. Be the strategic product expert for banking clients and internal teams

• Serve as the primary product point of contact for banking clients on savings and overdraft scope, building trust through deep functional knowledge and structured product thinking

• Manage client expectations under regulatory and capacity constraints, helping them understand what the platform can deliver, when, and why

• Translate client-specific requirements into reusable platform capabilities wherever possible, building a catalog of configurable savings and overdraft features

4. Build product depth and regulatory intelligence

• Collaborate with product leadership to ensure consistency between savings and overdraft features and the broader platform architecture

• Contribute to the maturation of Skaleet's product organization: bring structure, documentation discipline, and a consulting-grade approach to product problems

• Monitor regulatory developments (ACPR, IEOM, European directives) and proactively translate their impact into product decisions

You are a great match if

Your background

• 5+ years of experience, with a Product Management role within a banking or fintech environment

• You have worked directly with banking clients and understand how decisions are made inside a financial institution

• You have navigated regulatory constraints and know how to make product decisions that are both compliant and commercially viable

Your expertise

• Good understanding of banking products — savings accounts, term deposits, overdraft facilities — and the regulatory and operational constraints that come with them

• Hands-on knowledge of savings or overdraft products is a strong plus. What matters most is your ability to quickly develop deep domain expertise, and your track record of doing so in regulated environments.

• Strong client-facing presence: you know how to navigate demanding banking clients, set expectations, and maintain trust under pressure

• Speed-first product thinking: you optimize for time-to-market while preserving platform quality and regulatory soundness

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership: you take full responsibility for your scope, make decisions rather than waiting for direction, and challenge clients and engineering constructively

• Structured and precise — you come from an environment where rigour, traceability, and documentation are part of the job
