The Role

Are you organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in hospitality operations?

We’re looking for a Guest Operations Assistant Intern to join our growing team in Paris. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations behind our guest experience by helping ensure smooth check-ins, maintaining apartment readiness, and assisting the field operations team with inventory and logistics.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Seamless Guest Check-Ins: Help ensure guests have a smooth arrival experience by overseeing check-in methods, managing access solutions, and handling keys and badges. You’ll also perform regular audits and maintain accurate key and access inventories.
  • Assist Field Operations: Support the Operations team with daily coordination tasks, including key deliveries, apartment access support, and occasional field errands across the city.
  • Oversee Warehouse & Inventory: Help manage the operations warehouse by organizing supplies, tracking inventory levels, preparing orders, receiving deliveries, and ensuring operational materials are always available when needed.
  • Ensure Apartment Readiness: Conduct apartment inspections before guest arrivals to verify cleanliness, functionality, and presentation standards. You’ll help ensure each unit is fully guest-ready and aligned with company quality expectations.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Experience teams to help resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service.



Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, email, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Interest in hospitality, operations, or customer experience
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
