In this role, you will provide dedicated customer support for Fitbit products, assisting French-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
• Handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims following company policies.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively to aid in issue resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex product issues.
• Stay updated on Fitbit products, features, and updates to provide accurate information.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or fitness industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
