The Team

  • An international team (with more than 38 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
  • Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
  • Professional backgrounds: Private Equity, Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), MandA (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry

Requirements

As part of ARCHIMED's Information Systems Department (ISD), reporting directly to our Data/AI Manager, you will drive the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the firm. Acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the Data/AI leadership, you will ensure that AI initiatives are delivered with strategic alignment, operational rigor, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development and Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate on defining the product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, in close alignment with firm priorities.
  • Translate & challenge business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value and are adopted effectively across business lines

2. Backlog Management

  • Own, prioritize and continuously refine the product backlog in collaboration with business & development teams
  • Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and risks are proactively escalated

3. Business Partnering and Change Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering needs, managing expectations and driving adoption
  • Support business teams in understanding AI capabilities and in defining use cases with high ROI potential
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth integration of AI tools into existing workflows
  • Manage & develop support materials

4. AI Expertise and Innovation

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools and best practices relevant to company’s needs
  • Evaluate new AI solutions and vendors, providing informed recommendations to the ISD leadership
  • Ensure responsible AI principles (explainability, fairness, data privacy …) throughout product development & usage

5. Coordination and Governance

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Compliance, Cyber, Business) to ensure end-to-end delivery
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance and adoption
  • Contribute to AI governance frameworks, documentation standards and reporting to senior stakeholders

Profile and Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least one significant AI or data-driven product deployment
  • Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines and modern development methodologies & technologies
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience in financial services, private equity or healthcare is a plus
