Contexte

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de Metravib Défence, vous prenez en charge les tâches administratives et commerciales.

Missions

Missions Administrative

  • Appui aux responsables d’activités,
  • Gestion documentaire (mise en forme de rapports, de présentations, de reporting, archivage, etc.)
  • En support de la gestion administrative et juridique,
  • Planification et préparation des réunions,
  • Organisation des déplacements en France et à l’Etranger

Mission Commerciale

  • Elaboration d’offres commerciales en support des commerciaux,
  • Mise à jour de la base de données clients,
  • Saisie des commandes,
  • Suivi client (relances, réponses aux appels, etc.)
  • Actualisation des tableaux de bord,
  • Gestion des actions de marketing opérationnel en collaboration avec les équipes de Communication de ACOEM France

Vous pourrez être amené(e) à intervenir sur d’autres sujets en support occasionnel (ex : Officier de sécurité, contrôle export, etc.) à la demande du responsable hiérarchique.

Profil recherché

  • Issu(e) d’une formation type DUT Gestion administrative et commerciale ou équivalent, vous avez acquis une première expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Autonome, dynamique, rigoureux(se), prend des initiatives, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre enthousiasme, votre facilité d’adaptation, votre sens de l’organisation, votre motivation pour la polyvalence des tâches, le travail en équipe ainsi que de votre bon relationnel.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’informatique, notamment les outils Google Suite et êtes à l’aise avec l’utilisation de l’outil Sales Force.

Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais.
